Volunteers
are needed for various duties at the rescue. Please email or phone for further
information.
We are in need of extra hands here at A.G.E.S. You do not have to have
experience around horses...we are willing to take the time to introduce you to
the world of horse care. We always have some work that needs to be done
including but not limited to; brushing and grooming horses, physical contact and
desensitizing some of them is necessary and takes time...which we don't have
enough of! Some just want your attention and kinds words. Others have issues
being caught and haltered...those horses need more calm contact and time to earn
trust with people. Stalls need to be cleaned/mucked. Horses need fly repellent
as often as possible...the list goes on and on. Even if you have an hour a week
or an hour a month...we can use you here! Please feel free to call or email me
to set up a time to stop by to check us out! Thank you for considering
volunteering here!
Aluminum
cans for recycle are needed and would be gratefully accepted by A.G.E.S. Bins
will be available at our entrance.
WE KNOW THE WONDERFUL WEATHER AND TIME OF YEAR HAS MANY PEOPLE OUTDOORS AND
ENJOYING THE DAYS - WE STILL HAVE HAY, GRAIN, BEDDING AND VARIOUS OTHER EXPENSES
TO KEEP UP WITH HERE AT AGES!! PLEASE DON'T FORGET WE STILL NEED YOUR SUPPORT
AND DOLLARS TO KEEP US OPERATING! WE ARE IN REAL NEED OF DONATIONS, PLEASE

Mission Statement
Amazing Grace Equine Sanctuary Inc was created in 2008, for the
sole purpose of offering a safe haven for unwanted, abused or neglected horses.
This sanctuary offers safe care and refuge - to all horses who pass through our
gates. Here all their needs will be provided for - including shelter,
nutrition, vet and farrier care, and most importantly - unconditional love and
attention. Amazing Grace Equine Sanctuary provides services to all surrendered
horses, regardless of the previous owners circumstances. Our facility is
dedicated to the rehabilitation of these magnificent animals, whenever
possible, to their fullest physical and mental potential. It is our goal at
Amazing Grace, once overall health, well being and soundness of a horse is
accomplished, to assess them for possible placement and adoption to the public.

Amazing Grace....
Grace
is defined as; “an unearned favor from God”, a “current of benevolence”
attainable to everyone. It is an unseen hand that comes from the divine, raising
us up when we need it most. A knowing that we are being taken care of – small
miracles unfolding in ordinary events and interactions. It is through my
personal experiences with grace in my life that I sought to create this
sanctuary. God's grace has walked with me and has brought me here to manifest my
dream of caring for and nurturing those horses in need. My hope is that you will
join me, in making a difference in a horse's life, in doing Gods work here on
earth. With your help we can be instrumental in easing the suffering in a horses
life. It is through our own life experiences with grief and sadness that we
learn compassion for others.
